Background: Jack Creek Cellars is a small, family-owned and operated winery and vineyard located in the southern end of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range in the Paso Robles wine region. In 1997, Doug and Sabrina Kruse purchased 75 acres of prime agricultural land on Jack Creek Road in Templeton (previously known as JRK ranch). The estate grown wines include 20 acres of Pinot Noir and 5 acres each of Syrah and Chardonnay. The estate vineyard is located in a spectacular location on Highway 46 west of Vineyard Drive. It's a must visit winery and vineyard for Westside wine travelers.

Tasting Notes: Bountiful expressions of red cherry, blackberry and cola flavors combine for a silky, restrained finish with a gentle touch of plum and spice on the palate.
